Hi, we are using NetOffice very extensive for Word to build contracts and bills.
All is working fine but we have one problem on most of all machines and all word versions with ribbon bar:
After creating a document, the Ribbon Bar freezes and is no longer usable. No mouse event has any action but in the document itsself you can select and write in a normal way.
After the user minimizes Word and reopens it, the Word Ribbon Bar is again completly useable.
This effects is not reproducable but on 100 machines every day onr user tells about this problem.
The next creation on the same document dows not have this effect.
Has anyone the same problem or can tell me how to avoid this?
