New Post: Cannot read PPT files

I used NetOffice to read Office files.
I have problem when deploying to server.
For now, in the server I could read Word files(DOC, RTF), but I don't know why it couldn't read Powerpoint files(PPT), it run forever... and doesn't return any errors.
Please help me.
