Reopened Issue: wrap all exceptions from office COM Server in a COMException [16220]

Interop Assemblies wrap all exceptions from the COM Server in a COMException.
NetOffice doesnt do that and existing code there using interop assemblies are not portable without changes maybe.
task: wrap all exceptions in a COMException.
