Commented Unassigned: No COM Addin example runs under W8/Office 2013 [20615]

I tried to run any outlook COM Add-in under W8 and Office 2013, but neither works. The addins registered successfully and they are visible in the COM Add-In dialog, but all time disabled. Trying to load the Add-In manually produces a message, which states, that " ... is not a valid Office Add-In."

Windows is 8 Pro 64, Office 2013 32 bit (15.0.4551.1007), tried all C# addins 4.0 and 4.5, any CPU, x86 and x64 without success; found out, that's not a NetOffice - problem. Following step by step the instruction under http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/ff868772.aspx leads to the same. Fusion Log viewer keeps still for any scenario
